You can return eligible item(s) within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. Engraved, custom cut or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Shipping Fees - Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Online returns are available only for items that were shipped to the United States.
